TERROIR

This is the embodiment of a vision, deep familiarity with the growing environment and selecting the best vineyards. Our approach emphasizes the quality of the terroir.

VIRTUE

Wild Petit Verdot
Nes Harim,
Judean Hills

This balanced wine contains a philosophy and expresses the unique terroir of the high forest in the Judean Mountains. Cold mountain air and surrounding pine and oak forest contribute to the freshness and balance of the vineyards.

The vineyard grows wildly on ancient terraces on a southern slope. Limestone and minerals in the vineyard contribute to low yields, balanced growth and exceptional fruit concentration.

The wine consists of 100% WILD Petit Verdot grape, hand harvested, aged unfiltered for 32 months in fine French oak barrels, characterized by sharp hints of Japanese cherry & wild pomegranate. The wine has velvety tannins, impressive finish and full body.

This elegant wine contains a philosophy and expresses the unique terroir. The vineyard soil is rich in minerals, scoria and basalt stones, which have many geological advantages for growing vines. The wind in the vineyard contributes to cool temperature in the summer, as well as thickening of the grapes skin, causing high fruit concentration.

The wine harmoniously consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot grapes, hand harvested. The wine is aged unfiltered for 24 months in fine French oak barrels and is characterized by complexity and layers of prominent fruit flavors.
